COOKING: COURSES & PATHS

The cooking courses for experts and people keen on good cooking are protagonists even in the 10th edition of I Primi d’Italia (Foligno – 25/28 September 2008). “I Primi Incontri con lo Chef” (Meetings with the chef), 16 brief courses of one hour watching at the elaboration of a first course: starting idea, choice of ingredients, combination of flavours, realization and tasting (€ 5,00 per person). “Le Accademie del Gusto” (The Academies of Taste) are unique opportunities to discover how first courses originate by renowned chefs. Lectures and tasting appointments of two hours with chefs who are asked to tell and prepare live two firs courses explaining the choice of the ingredients and the elaboration process of the meal.  This year Paolo Teverini, Fabio Campoli, Ciccio Sultano, Anna Moroni and Beppe Sardi will be on the stage (€ 25,00 per person). “I master in primi piatti” (Masters in First Courses) are lectures of five hours in which like in a class room, the most appreciated and celebrated chefs of the international scenario become for one day professors offering experience, fantasy and creativity to a group of students, revealing secrets,  techniques, enthusiasm and geniality which characterize their unusual combinations.
